Our Service Department Representatives are
Factory Trained and Network Knowledgeable. There is always a Service
Representative in -house for any service or network questions you may have.
Fast Response Time: if a you requests
service in the morning one of our Representatives will be out that afternoon;
if you call a service request in the afternoon a representative will be out
the next morning. We offer a 4 - HOUR GUARANTEED RESPONSE TIME on Down Units
of 4 -Hours or less – if we do not meet that time frame, CopyRight, Inc. will
give you a case of paper on us!!!
Inventory: We always keep a stocked
Inventory of parts and supplies in order to always keep our customers
equipment up and running!
